Do I need to register my Delvfire to activate my warranty?
No, you no longer need to register your Delvfire to activate your warranty. All you need to do is keep a record of your Delvfire or Amazon order number, you will need this so that we can process your claim.
Without a valid order number / proof of purchase we are unable to process your warranty claim.
How do I make a warranty claim?
If you ever need to make a claim (hopefully you won't have to), all you need to do is send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org explaining the problem along with your original order number.
How do I find my order number?
If you purchased your tracker from Amazon, you can find your order number by going to Amazon > Your Account > Your Orders.
Delvfire Website Orders
If you purchased your tracker from our website, you will have received an email from email@example.com confirming your order, this will also contain your order number. Alternatively if you created an account you can login to see your previous orders.
