Are you shipping as normal during COVID-19 lockdown?
Yes we are fulfilling orders as normal but you may experience a slight delay (extra 1-2 days) in receiving your order due to staff shortages at Royal Mail.

Currently we only ship to the following locations from our website :

- Republic of Ireland

All of our products are also available on Amazon.co.uk, Amazon will ship to most countries worldwide.
Who will deliver my order?
We ship most of our orders using Royal Mail.
How much is delivery?
United Kingdom, Guernsey, Jersey and Isle of Man
- Royal Mail 2nd Class (3-5 days) is Free
- Royal Mail 1st Class (1-2 days) is £3.99
Republic of Ireland
- International Standard (3-5 Days) is £4.99
You will have the option to select the desired delivery option during the 'Shipping' part of the checkout process.
How can I track my order?
We will email/text you as soon as your order as been dispatched but we are unable to provide you with tracking information.
How long do I have to return items if I change my mind?
You can return items up to 30 days (60 days during Nov-Dec) from the date of purchase. You must ensure that we receive your returned items in their original packaging, along with all included accessories, user manuals and that the items are in as new condition.
Who covers the cost of returning unwanted items?
It is the customers responsibility to cover the cost of returning unwanted items.
How do I return my unwanted item?
Please contact us here prior to returning your item to obtain RMA number and further instrustructions.
