Delivery & Returns
Where do you deliver to?
Currently we only deliver within the UK. If you're based outside of of the UK but live within the EU (except for Germany), we recommend purchasing our products from Amazon.co.uk.
Who will deliver my order?
Our products are stored at and fulfilled by Amazon and will either be delivered by an Amazon courier or by Royal Mail.
How will I receive my order?
Your order will be packed into an Amazon branded delivery box.
How much is delivery?
- Standard Delivery (3-5 days) is free of charge
- Express Delivery (1-2 days) will be charged at £2.99
You will have the option to select the desired delivery option during the 'Shipping' part of the checkout process.
How can I track my order?
You will be emailed status updates and tracking information shortly after your order has been dispatched. You will also receive a text message with this information if you entered a valid mobile number during checkout.
How long do I have to return items if I change my mind?
You can return items up to 30 days (60 days during Nov-Dec) from the date of purchase. You must ensure that we receive your returned items in their original packaging, along with all included accessories, user manuals and that the items are in as new condition.
How much does it cost to return items?
Customers will need to cover the cost of returning unwanted items.
Returning by Royal Mail typically costs between £0.83 packs of straps and around £3.00 for watches (when sending by 2nd class large letter or 2nd class small parcel respectivity).
